Return & Exchange Policy

At Buffalo Auto Spares, we are committed to providing high-quality auto parts and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below:

  • You have seven (7) working days from the date of purchase to return an item.

  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, untampered with, and free from any damage caused after purchase.

  • If the item fails to function for its intended purpose, you may be eligible for an exchange within fourteen (14) working days of purchase.

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging, which should be in good condition.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

  • A restocking fee may apply to returned items.

 

Important Notes:

  • No returns or exchanges on electrical parts, special orders, or clearance items.

  • Returns and exchanges must be done in-store at:

  • Refunds are issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, where applicable.
